  • Account Management: Help with managing Employees/ Students accounts, including password resets, access issues, and account setup.
  • Network Services: Support for connecting to campus networks, troubleshooting network issues, and ensuring secure and reliable internet access.
  • Software and Applications: Guidance on using campus-provided software and applications, including installation help and troubleshooting.
  • Hardware Services: Assistance with campus-owned devices, including repairs and maintenance.
  • Training and Resources: Educational materials and workshops to help you get the most out of campus technology.
  • Security: Advice on keeping your information secure, including best practices for online safety and data protection.
  • Video Conference Room: To facilitate online video conferences for PhD open defenses, meetings, seminars, and workshops.
  • Online admission Portal: IT Services Center supports the online admissions process for both undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
  • Human Resource Management System (HRMS): The HRMS is a comprehensive platform designed to streamline and manage various HR functions across the campus.
  • Electronic Attendance System: The Electronic Attendance System is designed to efficiently monitor and record attendance for the staff.
