**Vice Chancellor Congratulates Students on Prestigious Award from Prime Minister's Office**

The Vice Chancellor of Shah Abdul Latif University (SALU), Meritorious Prof. Dr. Yousuf Khushk, proudly congratulated Mr. Muzamil Ali Somoro and Mr. Junaid Soho, both dedicated members of the Student Societies Center, on receiving a prestigious award from the Prime Minister's Office. The award recognizes their outstanding accomplishments in organizing heat stroke camps and leading plantation drives both within and outside the university.

Prof. Dr. Yousuf Khushk expressed his admiration for the students’ efforts and the vital role of the Student Societies Center in fostering youth activism. He emphasized the significant impact their initiatives have had in mitigating climate change and promoting a positive image of the institution on a broader scale.

Dr. Ali Raza Lashari, Incharge of the Student Societies Center, provided a detailed briefing to Prof. Dr. Khushk on the center's ongoing work. He highlighted the center’s role in the career development of students and in shaping the leadership skills of not only the university’s youth but also the youth from nearby areas. The Student Societies Center continues to be a beacon of youth empowerment, especially in the crucial areas of climate change and social responsibility.

Mr. Muzamil Ali Somoro and Mr. Junaid Soho, both active members of the Climate Change Societies, expressed their deep gratitude to the Vice Chancellor, the Higher Education Commission (HEC), and the Prime Minister's Office for recognizing their dedicated volunteer work.
