The Vice Chancellor Meritorious Professor Dr. Yousuf Khushik chaired the meeting, which was attended by Secretary FPC and Director of Finance Shujaat Ali, as well as representatives from the federal HEC, Miss Samina Durani and Sindh HEC’s Feroze Ahmed Mahar. FPC members included Professor Dr. Amir Hussain Shar, Professor Dr. Ghulam Mustafa Mashori, Professor Dr. Abdul Hussain Shar, and Professor Dr. Iram Rani.

During the meeting, agendas were discussed in detail. Miss Samina Durani and Mr. Feroze Mahar provided valuable input on the budget agendas and praised the management's efforts in preparing and presenting an efficient budget. The budget was recommended for approval with minor modifications. The Vice Chancellor appreciated the active participation of the committee members, while the Director of Finance thanked everyone for their valuable contributions.
