The International Office functions as the University's central coordination and facilitation office for international affairs. It develops and supports international academic partnerships while working collaboratively with academic departments and administrative offices.
1. International Collaboration and Academic Linkages
The International Office is responsible for:
Developing international partnerships with universities, businesses, industries, public sector organizations, and global academic institutions.
- Identifying and evaluating opportunities for international academic collaboration.
- Negotiating and coordinating institutional Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) and other cooperative agreements.
Facilitating joint academic and research initiatives. - Promoting collaboration through international conferences, seminars, workshops, and academic networking.
- Supporting the University's participation in international organizations, professional societies, and global higher education networks.
- Facilitating faculty exchange, student exchange, and visiting scholar programmes.
- Promoting cultural exchange and international understanding.
- Coordinating visits of international delegations and academic representatives.
- Strengthening the University's international visibility and global engagement.
2. Academic Collaboration and Research Support
- The Office facilitates:
- International collaborative research initiatives.
- Identification of international research funding opportunities.
- Networking with international universities and research organizations.
- Development of collaborative academic programmes.
- Promotion of interdisciplinary research and innovation.
- Support for joint publications, collaborative projects, and research networking.
- Facilitation of academic cooperation between faculty members and international partners.

3. International Student Affairs and Global Outreach
The Office supports:
- International student recruitment and engagement.
