The Institute of Computer Science, Shah Abdul Latif University Khairpur, organized a seminar on “Cyber Security: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities” under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Samina Rajper, Director ICS, and the kind patronage of Prof. Dr. Muhammad Yousuf Khushk, Worthy Vice Chancellor. The event was held with the support of Prof. Dr. Noor Ahmed Shaikh, Dean Faculty of Physical Sciences.
Mr. Mohammad Akram Mughal, Deputy Director Network Security, NCCIA HQs Islamabad, served as the keynote speaker. The seminar began with the recitation of the Holy Quran and provided valuable insights into the growing importance of cyber security in the digital era.
Prof. Dr. Javed Ahmed Mahar coordinated the event, which was attended by faculty members including Prof. Dr. Hidayatullah Shaikh, Prof. Dr. Riaz Ahmed Shaikh, Dr. Rafaqat Hussain Arain, Dr. Asad Kehar, Dr. Hainf Tunio, and Dr. Rozina Chohan. The session aimed to enhance students’ understanding of cyber threats and strengthen their professional competencies in the field.
