Meritorious Prof. Dr. Yousuf Khushk, the Honorable Vice Chancellor, Shah Abdul Latif University, Khairpur, has highly appreciated the outstanding performance of the Examination Wing, particularly the dedicated efforts of , Secrecy Officer of Examination wing Mr. Imran Ali Soomro, for achieving a historic milestone in the timely announcement of the results of the Annual Examination 2024.

For the first time after decades Shah Abdul Latif University, Khairpur, the entire process of assessment, tabulation, practical examinations, viva voce, result compilation, and gazette publication has been completed within a remarkably short period of approximately four to five months after the conduct of examinations held from December 2025 to the first week of January 2026.

The Vice Chancellor stated that this significant achievement reflects the commitment, dedication, and professional approach of the Examination Wing team, which worked tirelessly to expedite the result process while maintaining transparency, accuracy, and quality standards. Through an effective assessment strategy, answer scripts were promptly dispatched to assessors from both the University and affiliated colleges, who extended their full cooperation by submitting awards within the stipulated time.

The Vice Chancellor expressed his gratitude to all faculty members, examiners, and assessors for their valuable support and timely submission of awards. He further acknowledged the efforts of teachers involved in conducting practical examinations and viva voce examinations and submitting their results promptly, which greatly contributed to the timely completion of the overall examination process.

Special appreciation was also extended to the tabulation staff, who worked day and night to complete the tabulation process within the prescribed timeline. Likewise, the Computer Cell of the Examination Wing was commended for its dedicated services in entering examination data, preparing result records, generating mark sheets, and ensuring the timely dispatch of result documents to affiliated colleges.

It was highlighted that, in previous years, the process of result announcement generally required nine to ten months or, in some cases, almost an entire academic year. However, under the professional supervision of Mr. Imran Ali Soomro, Secrecy Officer, and the guidance of the Controller of Examinations Mr Nazir Phulpoti, the Examination Wing successfully completed and announced the gazettes of ADA Pass Part-I & II, ADC Part-I & II, ADS Part-I, B.Sc. Home Economics, MA Previous, and MA Final (Failure Candidates) within a period of only five months.

Furthermore, Mr. Imran Soomro informed that the result of ADS Part-II, being the last remaining component of the Annual Examination 2024, has also been finalized, and its gazette is expected to be announced during the current week, Insha'Allah.

On this remarkable achievement, the Controller of Examinations and the Secrecy Officer expressed their sincere gratitude to all Deans, Chairpersons, Principals of affiliated colleges and faculty members for their continuous support and cooperation. They emphasized that without the collective efforts and timely response of all stakeholders, this success would not have been possible.

In conclusion, the Honorable Vice Chancellor, Meritorious Prof. Dr. Yousuf Khushk, congratulated and appreciated the entire Examination Branch for its exceptional performance and successful completion of the Annual Examination 2024 result process in record time. He expressed hope that the Examination Wing would continue to uphold the same spirit of dedication, efficiency, and professionalism in serving the University and its students.
