He shared the historical background of Shah Abdul Latif University and stated that the university was a special gift for the people of Khairpur secured from Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto for the educational uplift of the youth of the region. He stressed that education must remain a national priority, highlighted Pakistan’s geopolitical importance in maintaining regional peace, and pledged support for a solar energy scheme for SALU Khairpur.
In his message, HEC Chairman Pakistan Prof. Dr. Niaz Ahmad Akhtar stated that universities must lead national transformation through research, innovation, and knowledge creation. Researchers from Germany, Brazil, and Nigeria also presented papers on AI ethics, public health systems, and water scarcity, further strengthening the conference’s interdisciplinary mission.
