Shah Abdul Latif University (SALU), Khairpur, has finalized the schedule for its upcoming Second Semester Examinations, which will be held from December 2 to December 19, 2025.
The decision was made during a comprehensive meeting held in the University Syndicate Hall, which brought together the University’s senior leadership and administration.
The meeting was presided over by the Vice Chancellor, Meritorious Professor Dr. Yousuf Khushk, In his address, he emphasized the administration’s dual focus on student welfare and academic excellence. “We have to provide maximum facilities to students during exams,” he stated. “Besides, we are trying to provide better facilities because our focus is on improving quality education and research culture in the University.”
During the meeting, Pro-Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Wahid Bux Jatoi and Deans — Professor Dr. Noor Ahmed Shaikh (Dean Faculty of Physical Sciences), Professor Dr. Ghulam Mustafa Mashori (Dean Faculty of Arts and Languages), Professor Dr. Mushtaque Ali Jakhrani (Dean Faculty of Natural Sciences), Mr. Abdul Rahman Bhatti (Dean Faculty of Law), Professor Dr. Naveed Ahmed Shaikh (Dean Faculty of Social Sciences), and Professor Dr. Minhoon Khan Laghari (Dean Faculty of Management Sciences) — shared the progress of courses covered in their respective faculties as per the academic calendar.
The Vice Chancellor appreciated the proactive role of the Deans, Heads of Departments, and Directors of Institutes for ensuring timely completion of courses and maintaining high academic standards across all faculties.

The participants also discussed in detail the overall examination process and emphasized the timely announcement of results to uphold transparency and efficiency in the academic system.
