A one-day seminar on Artificial Intelligence was held at the Student Society Center, Shah Abdul Latif University, as part of the Students Week 2025 activities. Engineer Shahoor Ahmed served as the key resource person for the seminar.
Dr. Ali Raza Lashari, Coordinator of the Student Society Center, welcomed all guests and emphasized the importance of discussing the rapidly growing field of Artificial Intelligence in today’s world. He highlighted that the Students Week is part of the vision of the Honorable Vice-Chancellor , who aims to foster students’ talents, enhance their co-curricular participation, and strengthen their academic activities. Dr. Lashari also stated that the university is working tirelessly for the betterment of the youth and is committed to providing opportunities for students to grow and excel.
Engineer Shahoor Ahmed, in his keynote speech, highlighted the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence in various industries, including education, healthcare, and business. He encouraged students to embrace AI as a tool for solving complex problems and enhancing efficiency. He also emphasized the importance of staying updated with technological advancements to remain competitive in the ever-evolving global landscape.
