  1. Format
    1. 6 to 8 Panelists, and a Moderator
    2. Moderator introduces the challenges
    3. Each Panelist presents his views (using power point) for 7-10 minutes.
    4. After all the presentations, Moderator asks panelists the hot questions, and then involves the floor in
      the discussion.
    5. Panel makes some inspiring/memorable recommendations to ICT/Government/Utility-companies.
    6. Panel discussion is usually 1.5 to 2 hours (depending on the number of panelists)
