Note-I: Candidateshaving HEC recognized Local GRE/GAT (General & Subject) with minimum prescribedscores (for MS/M.Phil required score is 50% and for Ph.D. required score is 60%)are exempted from departmental pre-entry test. But should appear in interview onthe date of test as per schedule
Note-II: Alladmissions and the received forms would be accepted conditionally as per HEC guidelines.
The Departmentalpre-entry test equal to the status of the GAT/GRE will be conductedfor the
MS/M.Phil and Ph.D.programs of those candidates who have not cleared/passed GRE/GAT (General
& Subject)(self administered departmental test passing score is 50% for MS/M.Philand 60% for
Ph.D.) as per HECgraduation Policy-2023.
Testing Requirement.
Applicants to MS/M.Phil/Ph.D.programs shall be required to fulfill the following testing requirements:
a. All applicantsto MS/M.Phil/Ph.D programs shall be required to take one of the following non-subject specific admissions test:
i The GraduateRecord Examination (GAT/GRE) test administered by the Education Testing
Service;
ii A graduateadmission test administered by the Education Testing Council; OR
iii With the permissionof the HEC, an equivalent test developed by the university, for admissions topostgraduate programs.
Copies ofEducational Certificates/Documents (duly attested) are required:
Attested photo copies of Pass/Marks certificates of Matriculation/Intermediate/ Graduation/BS (4-Years)/ Master/MS/M.Phil degrees.
Attestedphoto copies of CNIC, Domicile & 03 passport size recent Photographs.
EligibilityCertificate on the basis of Migration Certificate of your last examination passedby you from Institute/University other than Shah Abdul Latif University Khairpur (at the time of admission).
NOCfrom your employer if you are serving anywhere (at the time of admission).
